The location was very convenient for accessing King's Cross station. The room was clean, and the bathroom had recently been renovated. Mini shampoo and shower gel were handy. The staff were also friendly.
The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I also caught her smoking outside the entrance. The room was not adequately soundproofed as I could hear a TV from the room next door.

the location was close to king's cross station i found that helpful
i asked for an iron and ironing board but staff said i must carry both myself i thought this was quite rude there was also no hairdryer i could find

i enjoyed that my room was clean and quite comfortable. the location was convenient being so close to the station. the staff was amiable and helpful .
the room felt a little cramped it made moving around with luggage difficult. i found the stairs to be quite narrow which posed a challenge with bags.

The location IS amazing. It is close to the train station. The quadruple room suited my needs for an overnight stay. Staff was helpful at check-in and were quick to assist with directions.
I found the room to be excessively hot. I had to keep the window open. This was not ideal for a restful night.

the location impressed me it was near public transportation. the room was clean and everything felt new. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the bed was amazingly comfortable ensuring a restful sleep each night.
the stairs were a bit steep but manageable with some care.
